We provide statutory Workers' Compensation coverage and Employer Liability coverage for your employees either on a first dollar basis or with deductibles in those states where we are allowed to write these plans. The deductibles range from $5,000 to $1,000,000.

The Motor Carrier can handle claims if they are pre-approved by the insurance company. The coverage is written with an “All States” endorsement.
