    TAP can provide assistance for a wide range of problems, including alcohol or drug dependency, marital and family problems, emotional disorders, stress, compulsive behavior, legal and financial problems.

  • Is the information I discuss with TAP confidential?
    Yes.  This information is confidential and may not be released to your motor carrier without your written consent.

  • Will using TAP conflict with the terms of my lease?
    No.  Information you provide to TAP is kept confidential.  It is important to get help before a personal problem impacts your work performance.

  • Will my motor carrier know if I contact TAP?
    No.  Your motor carrier will not be notified if you or your family members voluntarily seek help.

  • Will I be charged for using TAP services?
    No.  There is no charge for contacting TAP counselors.  Your TAP provides unlimited assessment and referral at no charge.  Referral to another source for a specific problem may or may not be covered under your medical plan.  A TAP counselor can help you get the best care for the best value.

  • How do I get Help?
    Simply call the toll-free number listed below.  Professional, licensed counselors are available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Making the call is the first step in finding the road to recovers.
