Ameriplan Benefit Corporation is pleased to advise that we can offer an array of voluntary insurance plans to drivers and their family members.  In partnership with Capitol Group and Universal Trucking Benefits Association (UTBA), we have a limited Medical plan along with Disability, Life and Dental Insurance available.

The medical plan is provided on a guarantee issue basis and is offered at affordable rates.  Coverage is underwritten by American Public Life Insurance Company.  If insureds utilize the Beech Street Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Network, discounts will likely apply.

American Public Life is also the underwriter of the Disability and Dental Plans we offer through UTBA.  The Life Insurance Plan is underwritten by Transamerica Life.
